TJ Kostecky is the lead innovator at Vision Training for Life, boasting 30 years of experience across five universities as an entrepreneur, professor, athletics director, and coach. He conducts global leadership workshops on Vision Training for corporations, professional teams, universities, schools, coaches, parents, and students.
​
Currently, he's the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Bard College since 2019, following a 20-year tenure as LIU-Brooklyn's head coach, where he led the Blackbirds to the 2018 NCAA Tournament. He secured three Northeast Conference titles and was twice named NEC Coach of the Year. His mentoring has seen several players succeed on the international stage and the U.S. National Teams.
